Your Unveiling
Appointment
The unveiling appointment is set aside for your family to view and order your portraits. Additional viewing appointments are available for $10 per additional appoint-ment.
Please be on time to your unveiling appointment. We don't want you to have to wait and the only way that happens is if everyone honors their appointment time.
We will make sure you have enough time to select your portraits. So if you are late we will have to reschedule.
Thank you for your consideration.


Payment
We ask for a 50% payment before we will begin to fill your order. We do accept installments. Full payment is needed to pick up the order. No orders will be split without full payment. Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and good checks are accepted.


Picking Up Your Order
Your order will be ready within six weeks. We will call you as soon as your portraits are ready.
If you would like us to ship your order there is a $10 fee for shipping, insurance and packaging.
Orders not picked up within 90 days of notification are subject to disposal and all payments will be forfeited, un-less arrangements have been made.


Rush Orders
If you need your portraits sooner than six weeks, We charge a fee. Please call for more information.


Copyright
The Big Picture Portrait Studio is proud to have been able to produce portraits for you and your family. We ask that you do not repro-duce these portraits in any way shape or form. Not only is it illegal it is unethical. We invest large sums of money to train our staff and purchase equipment to create these portraits. When these portraits are reproduced from scans or copies they are an inferior quality product which reflect poorly on our studio.
